Monaco offered a spectacular venue for the seventh leg of the competition. The Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix du Prince de Monaco was marked by the victory of Alberto Zorzi riding Cornetto K. To honour his great performance, the Italian rider was presented with a Longines watch from the hands of the Longines Ambassador of Elegance Ingeborga Dapkunaite.
The talented actress, who starred with Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt, joined Longines on Saturday to attend the competitions in Monaco. Naturally elegant, Ingeborga Dapkunaite has been devoting her charm and grace to Longines since 2005.
On Friday evening, the Longines Pro-Am Cup was won by Lucy Davis and Flo Fulton Miller. The watch brand participated in the competition with a team formed by Longines Ambassador of Elegance Jane Richard Philips and her husband Ignace Philips. In this charity trial, each team consists of two riders, one from among the world’s best professional riders and an “amateur”.
Longines also presented the Official Watch of the Longines Global Champions Tour of Monaco, a new variation of The Longines Master Collection displaying a sunray blue dial. This fashionable chromatic variation is perfectly in line with the classic and understated spirit of this collection. The elegant timepiece, housing a mechanical self-winding movement, is complimented by a blue alligator watch strap and features diamond indexes.
