Blancpain Gombessa IV, Episode 1 First video in the Gombessa IV series: from Paris to Fakarava, in French Polynesia.

After the Gombessa II expedition, Laurent Ballesta and his team wanted to return to Fakarava atoll,  in French Polynesia, in order to study the feeding behavior of the Grey reef sharks. Fakarava is the world’s largest known concentration of these animals with approx. 700 individuals.

With Gombessa IV, Laurent Ballesta is back in Fakarava.
